Position: Sales Executive (Grade 3)

Are you somebody who is especially interested in a challenge and rewards and wants to invest yourself in a company who wants to invest in you? Then apply to join our Sales Team in Deeside, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

The important bits to know:

Hours:               Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Overview of Role: The purpose of the role is to grow and develop new business together with exemplary account management of existing clients. The main purpose of the role is to maintain the stock management system, organising the warehouse whilst complying with Health and Safety regulations and carrying out monthly stock counts. You will be expected to assist in the unloading of machines, consequently there will some manual handling involved. You will also be expected to do the pre installation checks on outgoing machines and organise third party machine collections. This is a dual role which requires excellent administrative skills but also requires good warehouse management and the occasional support on installs. You should have excellent customer service skills and a calm approach to your work load. It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence. You will report to the Service Manager.

Position Installations Engineer

We are looking for an installations engineer to install photocopiers and printers from our service office based in St Asaph. The successful candidate must be passionate about delivering an exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to work closely with the rest of the team to ensure delivery KPIs are met

In order to be successful in this position, it is essential that you have a full clean driving license and it is preferable that you have a working knowledge of the print / IT industry and experience of networking printers would be a definite advantage.  Due to unloading of machines there will be some manual handling involved.

Good communication skills are crucial as part of the job will involve training our customers on the functions and benefits of the latest printing equipment as well as identifying additional opportunity. You will be trained through manufacturer accredited course as and when required in order to be up to date with the latest technology.   You will report to the Service Manager. You must be able to pass relevant background checks.

Position: Contracts Administrator

Overview of Role:

The main purpose of the role is to maintain the service contract function which will include loading contracts onto the system accurately and following a specific process. In order to be successful in this position you must have experience of customer contracts and understand terms and conditions and their implications. You will also be responsible for collecting meter reads, inputting meter invoices, supporting customer queries as well as buying contracts from our suppliers, and manage the termination administration process.. You will support the Financial Controller within the service finance function, particularly keeping to reporting and KPI deadlines set at month end accurately and professionally. You should also have a good working knowledge of Excel. Sage experience is desirable but not essential.

 

You must be able to pass relevant background checks.
