Docucentric provide helpdesk support by telephone based engineers to resolve many customer issues without the need to despatch field engineers. Don’t worry we’ll guide you through the options in plain English – you won’t need to get your toolbox out! If a fault cannot be corrected this way, we will ensure an engineer is despatched as a priority call to prevent any further downtime.
Docucentric can supply remote access capability to ensure we can support, monitor and resolve matters whilst leaving you to concentrate on your business. Our remote software allows us to record meter readings, status of equipment and consumable levels. We can ensure a toner cartridge has been dispatched to you before you even realise it needs replenishing.
All Docucentric employees are trained to put the customer’s needs first! We guarantee a professional and fast response to all enquiries and ‘service without compromise’.
Our customers have access to a designated Account Manager who is only a telephone call or email away. Your Account Manager is available to conduct full account reviews at any point within your contract. An account review can comprise of machine service status, report and statistics, volume & cost analysis and advice on cost control and print management – we’re here to help every step of the way.
Delivery, Installation & Training:
Delivery and Installation services can be provided anywhere throughout the UK (yes, anywhere!) at a convenient time to suit you – to ensure a minimum of disruption to your business. All our devices have a pre-delivery inspection to ensure a ‘first time’ problem free delivery. Additional network features are available dependent on your device, speak to your Account Manager for further details.
